Description: This luxurious town home has breathtaking views from almost every room; it is beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully furnished with everything that you will need to enjoy a relaxing short weekend or a long stay. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 and a half baths, sleeping up to 8 people. The main floor has an open kitchen and living room, master bedroom, master bathroom, half bath, and deck access. The kitchen is supplied with everything that a person would need to prepare a full meal and there is a dining room table where the whole family can seat down and enjoy it. The living room is inviting and comfortably furnished with a large flat screen television, and floor to ceiling windows with majestic views. Guests have access to the spacious deck from the living room area where they can enjoy fresh mountain air. The master bedroom has a stunning queen size bed, a television, and access to the master bathroom, which has his and her sinks, walk in shower, and a large tub to soak all your worries away. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The first bedroom could be considered another master bedroom because it is very spacious and has a king size bed. The other bedroom upstairs is the “kids room” with twin bunk beds with an attached desk. There is also a downstairs with another living room area, guest bedroom, bathroom, and access to another large deck. The downstairs living room area also has plenty of seating room and has a large, flat screen television. The guest bedroom is cheerfully decorated with pale yellows and has a queen size bed. This unit has easy access with parking right up next to the unit and no stairs. Like other properties in Echota you can enjoy complimentary use of the private Clubhouse and Amenity Center which features an indoor pool, health spa with fitness area and whirlpool. This unit is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Four wheel drive is recommended for the winter months. * Development under construction
